• Uploaded content (e.g., face images or encodings) is stored securely and locally.
• All user-uploaded data is automatically deleted 18 days after subscription expiration or cancellation.
• We do not log or store any API data.

🚫 Misuse & Responsibility

• UBIX.PICS provides tools and analytics but is not responsible for how users apply the results.
• Users are solely responsible for ethical and legal use of the service.

🔁 Subscription & Refund Policy

• All purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Subscriptions can be canceled anytime. Plans stay active until the end of the billing cycle.
• No refunds are offered for unused time after cancellation.

⚠️ Account Downgrade & Data Retention

• Accounts are automatically downgraded to the Free plan when subscriptions expire or are canceled.
• Uploaded data is accessible for 18 days after downgrade, after which it will be permanently deleted.
• To preserve access, maintain an active paid subscription.
